Shipping & Delivery Policy

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What are my Shipping & Delivery options?

Free Shipping- We offer free standard shipping (7-10 business days) on orders of $25+ (not including taxes, fees, or shipping).

Expediated Shipping Fees- Expediated shipping options maybe available in certain circumstances. Please contact via email to discuss these options, and any additional shipping charges that would be applicable.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Shipping times do not include packaging time. Orders are prepared and packaged to go out within 2 business days on ready to ship, in stock items. If an item is listed as a pre-order, please see individual item details outlining when order will close, and approximate order turn around time (TAT). Order TAT is the amount of time it will take for the item to arrive to us at our warehouse after the listed order close date. After we receive pre-order items at our warehouse, we prepare and package orders to go out to you within 2 business days of receiving them. If you order both ready to ship/in stock items and pre-order items on the same order, your order will not ship until we have all items on hand to go out. If you would like in stock items to be shipped right away and separate from any pre-order items then you will need to place separate orders.
After your item is packaged at our warehouse to go out to you, we will print a tracking label, and you will be sent an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking number to update and show tracking as shipping company acceptance scans are not always immediately updated in their systems.
Please make sure your address at checkout whether it be via Shopify, PayPal, etc. is correct. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered incorrectly or rerouted due to an incorrect address. We also cannot change or ship to any other address other that what is listed at checkout so please verify all information for accuracy before checking out. If an order is sent back to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges before order can be resent again.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We do ship most of our packages with basic insurance coverage included on them in case of damage, theft, etc. You are responsible for contacting the postal service or shipping company to initiate a claim. Do you deliver internationally?

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Are there any other shipping restrictions?

Normal order processing and shipping days are Monday-Friday. Weekends and holidays are not including in processing or shipping times. 

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and we will advise you of a revised estimated delivery date.
